These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bulk QR Code Generator, a Google Sheets™ and Google Docs™ add-on ("us," "we," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
License and Use
1.1 Grant of License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Bulk QR Code Generator add-on in accordance with these Terms and the Google Workspace Marketplace™ program policies.
1.2 Restrictions
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on. You may not use the Add-on to generate QR codes containing illegal, malicious, or harmful content.
Service Plans & Payments
2.1 Free Tier
The Free Tier allows limited daily QR code generation (up to 50/day) and access to basic features. It does not include advanced features like custom logos or high-resolution vector exports.
2.2 Pro & Lifetime Plans
Premium features, such as unlimited generation, logo support, label printing, and SVG export, require a paid license. Licenses are tied to your Google Account email address.
2.3 Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We strictly do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees for any plans. Please ensure the Free Tier meets your basic needs before upgrading.
Disclaimer
NO WARRANTY: The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will meet your specific requirements, that the generated QR codes will be readable by all scanners, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the generated QR codes before printing or mass distribution.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Add-on; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Add-on; (iii) any content obtained from the Add-on; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
